If a payment doesn't complete successfully, your booking is never marked as paid and your Mass slot is released back to general availability. You won't be charged, and you're welcome to try booking again.
A parish may decline a booking after payment — for example, if a scheduling conflict comes up. If that happens, your donation is refunded in full to your original payment method.
You can cancel a booking yourself from your account's Bookings page, where cancellation is available. Because your offering supports the parish's ministry and may already be reflected in their schedule, refunds for a booking you cancel yourself are at the discretion of the parish you booked with — contact the parish directly, or reach out through our Contact page and we'll help coordinate.
If a parish cancels a Mass occurrence that had confirmed bookings against it, those bookings are refunded in full.
Refunds are issued back through the same payment provider and method used for the original payment (Stripe, Paystack, or PayPal). Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
If you have a booking reference and need help, contact us through our Contact page with your booking reference and the email you booked with.
