By using HolyMass, you agree to the terms below.
HolyMass is a platform that connects parishioners with parishes to arrange Mass intentions. HolyMass is not itself a church or religious authority — we provide the booking, scheduling, and payment infrastructure; each parish is responsible for celebrating the Masses booked with them.
You can book a Mass with or without creating an account. When you book, you agree that the information you provide (your name, contact details, and Mass intention) is accurate and that you intend to complete payment for the offering shown at the time of booking.
A booking is reviewed and confirmed by the parish. A parish may decline a booking (for example, if it conflicts with the parish's own scheduling needs); if declined, a full refund is processed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Payments are processed by one of our payment providers (Stripe, Paystack, or PayPal), depending on which the parish has connected. HolyMass does not store your full card details. A small platform fee is included in the total shown at checkout, in addition to the Mass offering itself.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password (and any passkeys or connected Google/Apple sign-in) secure. You can add or remove sign-in methods from your account settings, provided at least one always remains.
A parish using HolyMass is responsible for accurately representing its Mass schedule, honoring confirmed bookings, and celebrating the intentions it accepts. HolyMass reviews new parish registrations before they can accept public bookings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use HolyMass after a change means you accept the updated terms.
